Jeff Boron is a digital communications and marketing leader with three decades of experience across global brands, high-growth platforms, and digital agencies.
Before joining Touchdown Strategies as Chief Digital Officer, Jeff held senior roles at Samsung, where he led marketing initiatives across one of the world’s most recognized consumer technology brands. Prior to Samsung, he spent several years at TikTok, where he helped build the marketing capabilities needed to support a rapidly expanding ads platform. Earlier in his career, he led digital communications for PepsiCo, focused on protecting and enhancing the company’s corporate reputation. His work across those organizations was grounded in years spent on the agency side, where he led digital strategy for world-class brands, and in earlier roles at technology startups where he developed a fluency for building in fast-moving environments.
At Touchdown, Jeff leads the firm’s Digital Influence Practice, partnering with clients on integrated strategies that combine paid media, earned amplification, influencer activation, and AI-powered execution. His focus is on building systems that have measurable impact, scale, and are designed for the complexity of modern public affairs.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
